After kicking off their summer tour in Portland, Oregon on May 5th, the time had come for Dallas to bid farewell to the guys of Motion City Soundtrack. Following show openers, Atlanta's Microwave and long-time rockers, the Spill Canvas, Motion City Soundtrack took to the stage to the cheers and applause of an enthusiastic audience. The band energetically played through their set while fans sang along with a sense of urgency, each person knowing this was their last opportunity to do so. For their final song, Motion City Soundtrack closed with their hit, “Everything Is Alright", and with that, Motion City Soundtrack left the stage. It didn’t take long for the Dallas crowd to coax the band back on stage for one final encore. Once finished, Motion City Soundtrack walked off stage for the last time in Dallas.
